Mona Farm is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Gardener to join our grounds team and help maintain and evolve the exceptional landscapes that define the Mona Farm experience.This is a hands‐on role suited to someone with strong horticultural knowledge, excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining high-end gardens and outdoor spaces to an exceptional standard.Working closely with the Grounds team, you will assist in the day‐to‐day care, presentation and ongoing development of the gardens, lawns, trees and landscaped areas across both Mona Farm and its sister properties.The role includes a mix of garden maintenance, planting, seasonal preparation, irrigation management and landscape improvement projects across the property.The position is a permanent full-time or part-time role and may require work at both onsite and offsite locations as rostered.ResponsibilitiesMaintain gardens, lawns, hedges, trees and landscaped areas to a consistently high standardUndertake planting, mulching, pruning, fertilising and weed managementAssist with seasonal garden planning and implementationMonitor and maintain irrigation systemsOperate and maintain gardening equipment and machinery safelyIdentify and manage plant health issues, pests and diseasesSupport the preparation and presentation of the estate for weddings,
