You'll be responsible for keeping stock organised, orders prepped and trucks loaded - on time, every time.Day to day you'll be:Picking, labelling and packing customer orders with precisionOperating a forklift to move and organise stock, keeping the entire yard clean and organisedLoading semi-trailers for interstate linehaulPrepping and staging orders for local and interstate drivers so pick-ups run fast and efficientlyChecking stock in and out on an iPhone/iPad as orders arrive and dispatch,



keeping stock control accurate and up to dateOccasionally jumping in the crane truck for local deliveries and pick-upsWhat We're Looking ForTree and plant knowledge is essential - you need to know what you're handling and how to handle it properlyForklift licence (or willingness to obtain immediately)Truck licence is essential - you'll be driving the crane truck for deliveries and pick-upsStrong attention to detail - right stock, right label, right truck, no mistakesConfident using an iPhone/iPad for stock check-in/check-out and order managementAble to work independently without supervision, and just as well in a teamSomeone who comes in, gets the job done, and doesn't make excusesPhysically fit and comfortable with hands-on outdoor work in all conditionsPride in a clean, tidy workspaceBig pluses:Crane truck experience - a massive advantageExperience in a nursery, landscape supply or logistics environmentWhat's In It For You$70,000 - $80,000 + super, depending on experienceFull-time, stable role with a growing national businessFast-paced, process-driven environment - clear systems, clear expectations, do it right every dayGenuine opportunity to grow with the business as we expandSupportive, driven team that backs its people
