You'll be a trusted leader within the clinic, working alongside the Practice Manager to keep operations running smoothly, support your team, and deliver an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through the door.With multiple opportunities available across our existing and upcoming practices, now is the perfect time to join a growing healthcare organisation that values its people and invests in their development.What You'll Be DoingYou'll be the go-to person for the reception team, helping to create a positive, organised, and efficient clinic environment.Leading and mentoring the reception team to deliver outstanding patient serviceSupporting the Practice Manager with the day-to-day running of the clinicCoordinating daily reception operations and stepping in when the Practice Manager is awayAssisting with the recruitment, onboarding, and training of reception and nursing staffSupporting doctors, registrars,



and allied health professionals to ensure clinics run efficientlyManaging patient enquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care Driving continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance systems and workflowsMonitoring clinic performance and supporting operational goalsMaintaining compliance with privacy, risk management, and practice policiesAssisting with administrative tasks including reporting, banking reconciliation, and roster coordinationWhat You'll BringWe're looking for someone who leads by example, enjoys supporting others, and thrives in a busy healthcare environment.At least 12 months' experience as a Medical Receptionist in a GP practicePrevious experience in a senior, team lead, or supervisory roleStrong knowledge of Best Practice, HotDoc, or similar practice management systemsA solid understanding of Medicare, billing, and the Australian healthcare systemExcellent communication and organisational skillsThe ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a calm, professional approachA positive attitude, strong initiative, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding patient careWhy join Key Health?
