That means one day you might be knee-deep in reconciliations and checking over a set of reports before they land in a client's inbox.
The next, you're prepping a BAS, reviewing a tax return, and jumping on a call to walk a client through their P&L; like it's the easiest thing in the world (because you make it look that way).
Then Thursday rolls around and you're running payroll and writing the process doc so the rest of the team never has to guess how it's done again.Varied doesn't even cover it.
This is a genuine hybrid role for someone who's worked across both public practice and commercial/industry, and who actually enjoys the mix rather than tolerating it.What you'll be doingManaging outsourced finance functions for a portfolio of clients — bookkeeping through to advisoryReviewing management reports and financials before they go to clientsPreparing and lodging BAS and tax returnsRunning payroll and keeping compliance tightBeing the client's go-to person — not just the numbers personWriting and refining processes and procedures (we're a bit obsessed with efficiency,
