This is a high-profile portfolio where your technical expertise and leadership will directly influence asset performance and client outcomes.Reporting to the Portfolio Director, you'll be supported by a high-performing team, including a Facilities Manager reporting into you.Here's a snapshot of your day;Provide technical leadership and governance across all engineering servicesOversee building systems including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire, lifts, BMS, and security/access controlDevelop and deliver strategic initiatives including CAPEX plans, sustainability roadmaps, energy efficiency programs, and lifecycle management strategiesMonitor operational expenditure and drive cost efficiencies across the assetsReview and manage maintenance contracts, including preparing specifications and leading tender processesEnsure compliance with risk management, regulatory requirements,
