Toukley Medical Services is looking for experienced, highly organised Senior Medical Receptionist to join our friendly, patient-focused team across all three of our practice sites: Warnervale GP Super Clinic, Toukley Family Practice and Mariners Medical Centre.In this key front-of-house role, you'll provide exceptional customer service and high-quality administrative support to our Doctors and Nurses, helping keep our busy clinics running smoothly.About the roleGreet and assist patients in a warm, skilled mannerSchedule and manage appointments (in person and by phone) using Best PracticeProcess private billing, Workers Compensation accounts, and Medicare claimsRespond to patient enquiries promptly and provide outstanding serviceMaintain accurate, confidential patient records and documentationProvide high-level administrative support to Doctors and NursesManage incoming correspondence (faxes), scan and file reports, and support debtor account follow-upAbout youRecent experience in a senior medical receptionist roleStrong proficiency with Best Practice (or similar clinical software)Proactive and reliable,
