About the role
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will provide friendly and professional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment, recommending skincare, makeup and beauty products based on customers' needs.
You will demonstrate products, explain key benefits and usage, achieve individual and store sales targets, maintain attractive and well-stocked product displays, process POS transactions accurately, and support promotions and store events.
Key responsibilities
Provide friendly and professional customer service

Maintain attractive, clean and well-stocked product displays
Replenish stock and assist with general store operations
Process POS transactions accurately

Maintain high presentation and customer service standards
About you
Has previous retail sales experience; beauty, cosmetics or skincare experience is highly preferred




Is confident approaching customers and starting conversations
Has a genuine interest in K-Beauty, skincare and makeup
Is sales-driven and comfortable working towards KPIs and targets
Has strong communication and customer service skills
Is reliable, responsible and able to work effectively in a team
Learns quickly and is willing to develop strong product knowledge
Can work in a quick-paced retail environment
Has flexible availability, including weekends, late-night trading and public holidays
Korean, Chinese or other additional language skills are an advantage, but not essential
