About the Role
Join our Mental Health Clinical Program and make a meaningful difference in the lives of consumers.
This opportunity is your chance to win an ongoing social work role if successful through the recruitment process.
There may be other opportunities for contract positions within Royal Adelaide Hospital Mental Health Unit and other inpatient settings.
As a Social Worker, you will:
• Deliver evidence based, recovery focused mental health care
• Lead psychosocial and family assessments, care planning and reviews
• Coordinate care and provide crisis, rehabilitation and assertive support
• Build partnerships with consumers, families, carers and key services
• Contribute to education, research,
quality improvement and supervision
About You
You'll bring sound mental health Social Work expertise and a recovery focused approach, along with:
• A degree eligible for AASW full membership
• Clinical experience in mental health and complex care
• Skilled psychosocial, family, safety and housing assessment
• Strong care planning, intervention and risk assessment skills
• Collaborative practice across multidisciplinary teams
