About the Role
As a Sales & Membership Officer, you will be at the heart of our customer experience — supporting membership growth, delivering exceptional service, and helping our community stay active and connected.
You'll be responsible for engaging with customers, managing memberships, and promoting our services, all while ensuring a seamless and positive experience from first enquiry through to ongoing membership.

What you'll be doing
Deliver outstanding customer service across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
Support membership sales, enquiries, and retention activities
Conduct facility tours and onboard recent members
Maintain accurate member records and databases
Assist with promotions, events, and marketing initiatives
Manage inbox enquiries and follow-up communications
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and service targets
