We are seeking
compassionate and motivated people to join a small, established support team
, providing personalised in-home and community support to an individual living with a progressive physical disability.
This role operates under a
direct-employment model
, meaning you will work directly for the person you support as part of their dedicated team.
Previous disability support experience is not essential.
We are interested in people from a range of professional backgrounds who have transferable skills, the right attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.
Comprehensive on-the-job training and ongoing support will be provided.

About the Role
Working one-to-one within the person's home and community, you may provide support with:
Personal care and daily routines
Safe transfers, positioning and mobility
Meal preparation and household tasks
Community access, appointments and outings
Individual interests, hobbies and wellbeing activities
Safe use of assistive equipment
Following individualised care plans and established routines
Maintaining accurate support documentation
Working collaboratively with the support team and allied health professionals
Participating in ongoing training specific to the person's needs
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Good communicator and active listener
Reliable, professional and willing to learn
Comfortable providing one-to-one support
Confident working independently in a person's home
Able to work collaboratively as part of a small team
Respectful of privacy, dignity, choice and professional boundaries
Committed to providing consistent, high-quality support
Caring, respectful and person-centred
Experience supporting people with
physical disability, complex support needs or neuromuscular conditions
is highly regarded but not essential.

Essential Requirements
Successful applicants will need, or be willing to obtain:
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration
National Police Check
Current First Aid and CPR
Australian driver's licence and reliable transport
Food Safety certificate
Relevant NDIS worker training
Right to work in Australia
