About the role
We are seeking an experienced, reliable and motivated Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of our busy Bottle Shop / Supermarket.
This is a full-time position suited to someone with strong retail experience, excellent customer service skills and the ability to confidently manage staff and store operations.

Key responsibilities
Manage the daily operation of the store
Supervise, train and motivate staff
Prepare staff rosters and manage shift coverage
Maintain high standards of customer service
Manage stock levels, ordering and supplier deliveries
Monitor stock control, wastage and stocktakes
Ensure shelves and displays are well presented and fully stocked
Manage cash handling, POS and end-of-day procedures
Assist with pricing, promotions and increasing store sales
Maintain store cleanliness, presentation and security
About you
Previous retail, supermarket,



convenience store or bottle shop management experience
Strong leadership and staff management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Positive stock control and organisational abilities
Confidence working independently and taking responsibility for the business
Availability to work a flexible full-time roster, including some evenings and weekends
Current NSW RSA or ability to obtain one
A hands-on attitude and strong work ethic
