BrakeForce Plus
is an auto-parts and repair specialist based in Townsville, Queensland, with over 10 years of industry experience.
They cater to both trade and retail customers, offering a massive inventory of over 10,000 braking, suspension, and clutch products.

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you'll assist customers with their parts needs, build solid relationships, and contribute to the success of a well-established business.
Automotive parts experience is highly regarded, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound phone & online sales processing




In-store customer service
Order & receipt incoming stock
Process & pick purchase orders
Showroom merchandising, pricing & maintenance
Qualifications
Exceptional communication skills
A customer service champion
Experience or a passion for auto parts
Well presented
Great phone manner
Ability to influence & negotiate
Ability to translate technical problems to simple solutions
Background in European vehicles would be an advantage
