, where you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of The Star Gold Coast's pool precincts, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, secure and efficient operations, and premium service standards.
Oversee pool, lifeguard, and food & beverage teams, while managing compliance, financial performance, and stakeholder relationships to deliver a safe, high-quality, and commercially successful resort environment.

What we are looking for
Previous experience in a leadership role, managing teams and daily operations in a hospitality
Exceptional customer service focus, with experience overseeing multiple venues or operational areas while delivering high service standards and memorable guest experiences
Knowledge of mixology, beverage service, and cocktail menu development
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) accreditation; First Aid and CPR qualifications are highly regarded
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
