Service Advisor
to join our growing team.
You'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and acting as a trusted link between our customers and the workshop team ensuring every vehicle's service journey is managed with professionalism, care and clear communication.

About the Role:
• Welcoming customers and providing a professional, friendly and personalised service experience
• Booking and coordinating vehicle servicing and repairs
• Preparing accurate repair orders, estimates and invoices
• Clearly explaining servicing, repair requirements and technical information to customers
• Proactively managing customer expectations around costs, timing and vehicle requirements
• Keeping customers informed throughout the service and repair process
• Ensuring repair orders and customer records are accurate and completed promptly
• Managing multiple customer requirements while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Skills and Experience:




• Previous experience in a Service Advisor role (dealership experience is highly desired)
• A solid understanding of vehicle servicing and repair processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to confidently explain technical information in a clear and customer-friendly way
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A skilled presentation and positive, approachable manner
• Robust computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems
• A genuine willingness to continue developing your product and technical knowledge
