About the Role:
Manage a portfolio
of retained and project clients across diverse industries.
Provide




strategic and practical
HR, ER and IR advice to business owners, executives and leadership teams.
Deliver commercially focused HR solutions
by managing client expectations and optimising resources, budgets and deliverables.
Lead complex matters
including grievances, investigations, performance management, industrial relations and organisational change.
Develop and review
HR policies, frameworks and programs that support compliance and better people outcomes.
Build
trusted client relationships
while managing expectations, budgets and deliverables.
Support, coach and guide consultants
, contributing to a high-performing advisory team.
Identify
portfolio risks, opportunities and improvements
, escalating matters to HR Practice Lead where required.
Bring
a positive, can-do approach
by taking ownership, learning continuously and stepping in to get the job done when needed.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum 5 years' HR generalist (HR advisor or Business Partner) experience.
Strong working knowledge of Australian employment law, industrial relations and HR compliance.
Extensive experience managing complex ER/IR matters, investigations, grievances and disputes
Demonstrated experience of the employee lifecycle and operational people and culture functions.
Ability to advise senior stakeholders, manage client relationships and work across multiple accounts.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including provision of advice to managers and employees, as well as appropriate report writing for target audience.
Ability to plan and prioritise own work, to take responsibility and utilise initiative for delivering work activities and projects in an effective and timely manner.
Commercial awareness, strong written communication and the ability to deliver accurate, timely outcomes.
