About the role:
Coordinating daily vehicle and fleet movements
Supporting route planning and scheduling
Communicating with drivers and operational staff
Monitoring fleet requirements and responding to operational issues
Assisting with vehicle availability and allocation
Maintaining accurate records and completing administrative tasks




Supporting compliance with transport and fleet requirements
Assisting with reporting, data entry and general logistics administration
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Previous experience in transport, logistics, fleet coordination or dispatch
Strong computer and administration skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical
Ability to obtain a National Police Check
