Qualifications & experience
Qualified cook with trade qualification.
Experience in ice cream production and pastry preferred.
Tasks & responsibilities
Make traditional icecream consistently using pasteuriser, batch freezer & blast chiller
Ice cream production as well as cakes, cookies, jams and chutneys.
Ordering and stock control.
Must be a team player but also be self motivated and be able to work unsupervised.
Assist with preparation for off-site catering events
Deliver Ice-cream to Palm Cove.
