About the role
This is a flexible position, full-time or part-time depending on the candidate's needs, providing day-to-day support to the business owner across a diverse range of exciting, fast-growing businesses.
Your work will include:
Providing day-to-day administrative and organisational support
Managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
Assisting with correspondence, emails, and document preparation
Coordinating between multiple business activities and projects
Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
About you
We would love to hear from you if you have previous qualified experience as a Personal Assistant (essential).
We're looking for someone who:
Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable
Has strong written and verbal communication skills




Is comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
Is proactive and able to anticipate needs before they arise
Takes pride in their work and cares about consistency
Is reliable and works well as part of a team
Can manage their time and meet deadlines
Has a positive attitude and is willing to contribute to the team
