Provide transparent, practical updates to the owner
Offer hands-on carpentry input where required
About you
Trade-qualified carpenter or equivalent experience
Strong residential construction background
Solid understanding of plans, sequencing, and building standards
Confident managing and liaising with trades
Reliable, organised, and proactive
High attention to detail and quality
Prior supervisory, foreman, or site management experience highly regarded
