Provide accurate, timely responses to customer enquiries and keep customers updated on delays or back-orders
Raise product, stock and quality issues with relevant internal teams, vendors and repair agents
Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised spare parts and service area
Contribute to service reporting, continuous improvement and strong teamwork across the business

Practical mechanical capability and confidence using hand tools and mechanical equipment
Ability to read schematics and accurately identify parts
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate record-keeping
Clear, helpful communication and a customer-first approach
Good organisation and time management, with the ability to balance multiple priorities
A proactive,
solutions-focused approach and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and proficiency using SAP
A genuine interest in fishing, outdoor products or learning more about the industry
We can teach our products.
What matters most is your mechanical aptitude, willingness to learn and commitment to customer service.
