Position Title:
Maintenance Planner
Location:
Welshpool, WA
The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to support the planning and coordination of maintenance activities across residential and light commercial properties.
This role plays a key part in ensuring maintenance works are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate planned and reactive maintenance schedules.
Scope works, allocate resources, and prioritise tasks based on urgency and impact.
Liaise with contractors, property managers, and stakeholders to coordinate works.
Monitor maintenance performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and relevant regulations.
Maintain accurate records, reporting, and documentation of maintenance activities.
About You
You are organised, analytical, and able to balance multiple priorities.
You have experience in maintenance planning or a related field and can confidently coordinate across stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
Skills and Experience
Experience in maintenance planning, property, or building environments.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance systems.
Trade qualification or relevant industry experience desirable.
Diploma in Building (or working towards) advantageous.
