We're looking for an experienced
Remote Loader Operator
to join our underground mining team on a
full-time permanent basis
.
This role is responsible for development drilling, ground support installation, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently to support production targets.
What you'll be doing
Ensure safe and efficient remote bogging of ore in unsupported ground
Ensure safe and efficient conventional bogging of ore and waste drives
Tele-remote recovery of Boggers
Complete assigned work and associated paperwork
Establish and maintain the highest possible standards of housekeeping and cleanliness in individual work areas and on the company's property generally
Ensure compliance with environmental procedures and standards
Contribute to continuous improvement by constantly looking for opportunities to improve work safety, practices, and procedures
Ensure good clear communication lines within team and with other sections/departments.
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of underground mining experience
Previous Remote Loader operating experience
Manual and Check Scaling Competency
A proactive approach to safety through positive leadership
a strong commitment to safe working practices
Ability to work well within a team
Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently when required
