Your current prospect
This position will play a vital role in the further development of our Residential Valuation offering.
On a day to day basis you will be involved in property inspections, research and preparation of property sales and data, and report preparation in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards.
Working with Opteon's best in market propriety property software and systems enables our valuers to minimise their time in the field while maximising reporting data capture.
The current position is based in Adelaide Metro servicing the northern suburbs, with scope for growth into any of our specialised residential valuation departments or commercial valuation team.

Degree in Business (Property)
or equivalent qualifications
• RPV/CPV status
• Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
• Ability to work in and contribute to a harmonious team environment
