About the role
Design & Sales Consultant at Kings of Neon, the largest neon and premium signage supplier in APAC.
This is a career-starter role working with leading brands across Media, PR, Events, Hospitality and B2B, with opportunities for international travel including the USA.
Key responsibilities
Manage inbound enquiries across LED, neon and premium signage
Guide customers through design decisions including colours, fonts, sizing and layout
Support customers pre-sale with quotes, previews and tailored recommendations
Deliver exceptional post-sale care to ensure a seamless experience
Build commercial relationships across Media, PR, Events and B2B sectors
Attend events and trade shows representing Kings of Neon with confidence and energy
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
Maintain CRM discipline and structured follow-ups in HubSpot
About you
1–3 years' experience in sales, customer service or a creative/design-related role




Solid interest in design, creative industries or events
High energy, proactive and eager to grow into a long-term commercial career
Confident communicator with a warm, relationship-driven style
Comfortable attending events, trade shows and client meetings
CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
Willingness to travel internationally, including opportunities in the USA
