About the role
We're looking for an experienced
Registered Nurse who is ready to step into leadership
, support a great clinical team and have a genuine say in how we deliver care in our services.
As Nurse Manager, you'll provide clinical leadership, guidance and support to our nursing team while helping oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the clinic.
You'll be someone the team can turn to.
Whether that's for clinical guidance, a second opinion, support with a complex patient or simply a helping hand when the day gets busy.
You'll work closely with senior management to maintain high clinical standards, support team performance and identify opportunities to make things better.
Importantly, you'll also have the opportunity to

Your responsibilities will include:
Clinical Leadership & Support
Provide day-to-day clinical guidance, support and oversight to the nursing team
Assist the team with clinical decision-making
Support nurses undertaking pre-employment medicals requiring supervision or competency sign-off
Promote safe, professional and consistent clinical practices
Assist with clinic stock management and maintenance coordination
Act as a key clinical point of contact for the nursing team
Training & Mentoring
Support the onboarding and orientation of new nurses and team members
Provide ongoing training, mentoring and clinical support
Assist with identifying staff training and development needs
Support nurses in maintaining clinical competencies and professional standards
Encourage a positive culture of learning, teamwork and continuous improvement
Occupational Health Procedures
You will support and supervise nurses performing a range of occupational health assessments and procedures, including:
Pre-employment medicals
Spirometry
Audiometry
Health assessments and screening
Lab Drug and Alcohol Testing
Other occupational health assessments and clinical procedures
You will also assist with ensuring procedures are performed correctly, documentation is accurate and clinical results meet the required quality standards.
Clinical Governance & Quality
Promote safe clinical practice and adherence to policies, procedures and protocols
Support quality improvement initiatives
Assist with maintaining high clinical documentation standards
Support audit preparation and compliance activities
Identify opportunities to improve clinical processes and patient outcomes
Escalate clinical concerns and risks appropriately
Operational Support
Assist with reviewing new medical paperwork
Support efficient patient flow and clinic operations
Assist with monitoring clinic performance, including wages versus sales
Identify areas where operational improvements may be required
Work collaboratively with senior management to support the ongoing growth and development of the business
About You
We are looking for a
Registered Nurse
who is ready to take on a leadership role within a busy and growing occupational health environment.
You will ideally have:
Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
Previous experience in occupational health, pre-employment medicals or a similar clinical setting
Strong clinical knowledge and confidence in your nursing skills
Experience supporting, mentoring or supervising other nurses
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time-management skills
A high level of attention to detail
The ability to work independently while also being an effective team leader
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
A strong commitment to patient care, clinical governance and quality
