About You
Proven mining/resources industry experience and/or contractor onboarding expertise
Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against tight project deadlines
Effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
Previous experience with contractor management systems
Job Role
Support contractor onboarding, training coordination, and compliance activities using the Avetta system
Validate and migrate training and compliance data from legacy systems
Assist supplier administrators and contractors with system navigation and onboarding queries
Support data clean-up activities and gap analysis reporting to ensure workforce records accuracy
Engage with multiple stakeholder groups to facilitate successful adoption of the new contractor management process
