We're looking for 2 motivated
Apprentice Locksmith
to join our team.
This is an excellent prospect to gain a nationally recognised trade qualification while learning from experienced locksmiths across residential, commercial and government projects.
As an apprentice, you'll receive hands-on training, attend TAFE and develop the skills required to install, maintain and repair a wide range of locks, doors, access systems and security hardware.
About the Role
Working alongside qualified locksmiths, you will:
Learn to install, service and repair locking systems and security hardware.
Assist with workshop, site and service-call work.
Develop skills using locksmithing tools, machinery and equipment.
Learn key cutting, keying systems and lock servicing.
Assist with stock control, workshop organisation and housekeeping.
Support front-counter sales and customer service activities.
Learn to work from floor plans and master key schedules.
Complete all apprenticeship and TAFE requirements.
Follow quality, safety and environmental procedures at all times.
About You
To be successful, you'll have:

Good communication and customer service skills.
A professional presentation and reliable work ethic.




The ability to work well in a team environment.
Essential Requirements
You will be willing and able to obtain or maintain:
Relevant security licensing requirements.
Working With Vulnerable People clearance.
Construction White Card.
Asbestos Awareness and Silica Awareness certifications.
National Police Check.
A current driver's licence is highly regarded.
