About the role
An prospect exists for an Electronics Technician to assist with the manufacture, service and repair of a range of geophysical instrumentation.
The role will involve assembly of equipment and cables, testing, fault-finding and repairs of electronic equipment and maintenance of equipment servicing databases.

About you
Experience in the assembly, repair and servicing of equipment
Experience in the manufacture of high-quality cable assemblies
Keen and hard-working, well-organised with the ability to work in a small team environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Fine pitch SMT rework experience
Read and interpret manufacturing drawings and assembly instructions, including schematics
Diagnose faults to a component level
Experience in procurement of electronic components
Familiarity with basic test equipment and the ability to conduct equipment testing in accordance with test procedures
