Lennock Motors is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented
Car Washers
to join our team on a
full-time basis
at our Phillip, ACT location.
This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of vehicle presentation and cleanliness that our customers expect.
As a Car Washer, you will be responsible for ensuring every vehicle that leaves our facility is spotless and ready for the road, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and the reputation of Lennock Motors.
Key responsibilities
Perform thorough exterior washing and cleaning of vehicles using appropriate equipment and cleaning products
Clean vehicle interiors including vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, and removing debris
Operate pressure washers and other cleaning equipment safely and effectively
Inspect vehicles for any damage or issues and report findings to management
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the car wash facility and equipment storage areas




Handle and dispose of cleaning materials and waste responsibly and in accordance with environmental regulations
Work efficiently to meet daily cleaning schedules and maintain productivity targets
What we're looking for
Previous experience in vehicle cleaning, car detailing, or a similar automotive service role (preferred)
Robust attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work consistently as part of a team
Enthusiasm for maintaining clean and well-presented vehicles
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Valid Australian driving licence (manual preferred)
