We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Operations Cadet to join our team.
This opportunity is ideally suited to a recent graduate, or someone who has recently completed tertiary studies in Business, Commerce, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline, and is looking to build a long-term career in operations and leadership.
This is not a typical office-based graduate role.
You'll gain real, hands-on experience across our operations, learning the business from the ground up and developing a deep understanding of how a successful industrial operation works.
About the Role
Our Operations Cadet Program is designed to develop future operational leaders through a structured rotational development pathway.
You'll gain exposure to key areas of the business, including:
Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Operations
Maintenance and Asset Management




Transport and Logistics
Weighbridge Operations
Trading and Commercial Operations
Administration and Business Support
Frontline Leadership and Supervision
Working alongside experienced leaders, you'll develop operational, commercial and leadership skills while learning the fundamentals of the recycling industry.
What you will bring
Recently completed tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
Previous work experience, internships, casual employment or industry exposure will be highly regarded.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A willingness to learn and get involved in all aspects of the business.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to workplace health and safety.
Desire to build a long-term career in operations and leadership.
