The Position
As Proposal Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the development of proposals for defence related contracts.
This position is integral to our business development operations, ensuring that proposals are delivered on time, to specification, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, coordinating and managing the resourcing, preparation, approval and submission of responses to Contract Change Proposals (CCPs) and Survey and Quotes (S&Qs;).
Lead and facilitate the administration of proposals including preparation, version control and formatting of response documents on behalf of acquisitions and sustainment.
Assist in the development of proposals in response to Request For Tender (RFT), Request For Quote (RFQ) and Request For Information (RFI) and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) quotes.
Develop and maintain productive and professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous process improvement of the governance and quality processes that support proposal development.
Maintain and administer the Proposal Register, Contract Register and Order Intake.
Monitor and action the Proposals email inbox.

Eligibility
An Australian Citizen;
Eligible to obtain and maintain an AGSVA clearance – Baseline / Negative Vetting 1 / Negative Vetting 2.
