Jason Windows is WA's premier manufacturer of aluminium windows and doors.
Jason Windows employs around 370 employees at our award-winning office, showroom and state of the art factory in Welshpool, and our office in Bunbury.

Position Background
Our Service Department is a customer focused team that supports our service technicians and external customers - mainly building supervisors and owner/builders.
We currently require someone to join the team in a permanent full-time role.
This role does require extensive learning on our products and will suit someone that can learn quickly and has good attention to detail.
Duties in this role can include:
Taking calls from customers and building supervisors and logging service requests within our Pronto ERP System;
Reporting onsite issues and developing rectification recommendations
Providing assistance and advice to customers on product maintenance
Scheduling service attendances for service technicians
Ordering parts for service jobs
Liaising with team members and departments within our Bunbury and Perth offices
Providing support to glazing, screen and frame installation scheduling
Assisting with onsite support and sales to our walk in customers via our spare parts desk
Required Experience and Aptitude
Solid customer service skills in person, over the phone and via email
Previous exposure working in an admin,



reception or scheduling role desirable
Resilience and efficiency in dealing with problems as they arise
Self-motivated, well presented and strong organisational skills
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Excel and Word) in an office environment
Previous experience with in-house computer systems e.g. Pronto ERP system highly regarded
Willingness to provide assistance to other areas of our close-nit team when required
An ability to handle service enquiries maturely and to think on your feet and problem solve when dealing with service issues.
