Bellevue Gold Limited (ASX:BGL)
operates its 100% owned high-grade Bellevue gold mine in Western Australia.
The Bellevue mine has a long mine life and is forecast to produce ~150,000 Au ounces a year.
Underground mining has occurred since late **** to establish multiple mining fronts that de-risks production with exploration in progress to expand the current high-grade resource.
The Bellevue Gold Mine is located approximately 30km north of Leinster township and sits in a major gold, lithium and nickel producing district.

The focus of the Boilermaker / Welder role is to provide quality and timely fabrication and welding repairs of the processing facilities and assist in carrying out routine maintenance tasks in the plant and other areas of the operation as required; while ensuring operational targets are met in a safe, environmentally compliant and efficient manner
This position is offered on a full time basis, working 12 hours per day on an 8 days on,
6 days off roster at our Bellevue Gold Project outside of Leinster WA.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Supporting the efficient operation of the production facilities by providing reliable fabrication and weld repair knowledge, expertise and practical application, to minimise down time and subsequent loss of production.
Ensuring the achievement of budgeted maintenance targets by applying effective preventative maintenance practices through scheduled inspections, adjustments, and timely repair of plant equipment.
Maintaining a working knowledge of all task instructions and procedures and ensure that these are consistently adhered to when carrying out maintenance tasks.
Demonstrating full compliance with the OHS and Environmental Management Systems by developing and participating in initiatives, toolbox meetings, investigations, training, assisting with the implementation/contributing to audits.
Ensuring work practices and the place of work are maintained, by evaluating associated risks and hazards of each task prior to the commencement to ensure safe working environment and the utilization of correct equipment.
Reporting all safety hazards, environmental hazards, incidents, damage, breakdowns and potential plant or equipment stoppages to a direct Supervisor or area Supervisor as soon as is practicable.
Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping throughout the maintenance workshops and wherever maintenance work is carried out,
to contribute towards a safe work environment, efficient operation of the facilities and to reduce the risk of incidents or injury and the existence of potential hazards.
Completing all administrative processing requirements associated with maintenance duties, such as requisitioning of parts and materials, processing of maintenance orders, recording of labour time, etc. through the efficient utilisation information management systems.
An on-call component as required.
Key Skills/Qualifications/Experience/Competencies:
Certificate III in Engineering- Fabrication Trade (Boilermaker/Welding)
Manual "C" Class Drivers Licence
Crane, Dogging, EWP, First Aid and Forklift tickets are desirable
Understanding of general mining operations
Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role
Well-developed time management skills
Well-developed communication skills
Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office Programs
Ability to work autonomously with well-developed time management skills
Good interpersonal communication, literacy, numeracy and presentation skills
Outstanding analytical skills and high attention to detail
Ability to work to deadlines
