About the role
We are looking for a talented Designer/Draftsperson with a minimum of 5 years' experience who possesses a keen eye for design and detail with a client-centric mindset, and the ability to work efficiently and effectively.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our design and drafting projects, ensuring that we meet and exceed our clients' expectations.

Key responsibilities
Manage multiple projects (Residential & commercial) from the beginning to the end of the project's life cycle
Manage multiple projects in various stages in a timely manner using job tracking software
Liaise with clients and discuss design requirements
Attend site for design meetings
Complete on-site measure-ups
Identify any challenges or risks early on in the design stage
Provide various types of drawings throughout the project's life cycle (Initial design sketch, schematic design, tendering set, building permit set, and construction set)
Liaise with Council, including DA submissions and preparing justification when required
Liaise with external consultants and review their documents
Collaborate with the drafting team and provide drawing checks
About you
5+ years experience in a full-time Drafting/Design position in the WA residential & commercial sector.
Experience with Renovation projects as well as new built projects (single & double storey) & Commercial builds.




Proficient in Archicad & 4D library
In-depth knowledge of R-codes & NCC
Understanding of various materials of Construction Methodology including timber framing & Modular construction
Confident and able to provide a high standard of customer service to clients
Able to liaise and communicate clearly with council and external consultants
Reside in Perth and hold a suitable Visa to work in Australia
What you will be doing day-to-day
Responsible for managing multiple projects from the beginning to the end of the project's life cycle.
