You will guide the team, support daily operations and manage complex or escalated member enquires.
In this role, you will:Provide a welcoming and professional font-of-house experience for members and visitor'sLead by example and support the team to deliver CARE consistently across all interactionsOffer real time guidance, coaching and feedback to front of house staffDeliver high quality customer service across,
