This position is ideal for an experienced Contracts Administrator ready to step into a more senior role with greater commercial influence and future leadership opportunities.What You'll Be DoingManaging contract administration across multiple civil and mining projectsReviewing contract terms and identifying commercial risks and opportunitiesPreparing, negotiating and administering variations and claimsManaging contract correspondence, notices and formal communicationsSupporting Project Managers with commercial reporting,



forecasting and cost controlPreparing and submitting monthly progress claimsMaintaining contract compliance registers and contractual recordsMonitoring project KPIs and reporting on commercial performanceWorking with finance, legal and operational teams to resolve commercial mattersSupporting subcontract administration and procurement activitiesWhat We're Looking For5+ years' experience in Contract Administration or Commercial ManagementBackground within civil construction, mining or related infrastructure projectsProven experience managing variations, claims and contract correspondenceStrong understanding of Australian construction and mining contractsExperience partnering closely with Project Managers in live project environmentsCommercial acumen with strong cost analysis and risk management capabilityExcellent written communication and stakeholder management skillsHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage competing prioritiesRelevant qualification in Commerce, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management or similar highly regardedWhy Join MLG?
