OverviewSenior Process Analyst to join a large AI transformation initiative.
Location: CBD - Hybrid work model.
Contract: initial 6-month contract with extensions.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.ResponsibilitiesConduct 'As Is' analysis and identify how to optimise the process and implement a solution to uplift efficiency.Involved in the design of the future target state, as well as the optimisation and uplift of productivity.Support business outcomes by reducing leakage and improving process outcomes.Implement a business process management framework to systematically document processes including process mapping, defining key performance indicators and controls,



and identifying risks.Lead workshops and facilitate senior stakeholders.Essential skills and experiencePrevious experience as a Process Analyst.Solid business process transformation experience.Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (mandatory).
Experience delivering large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation.Ability to lead workshops and facilitate senior stakeholders.Work strategically (future-state design) and hands-on (process mapping).
