The head contractor is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to provide leadership for significant, multidisciplinary station packages on the greenfield scope.

cost and scheduleLead engineering teams and manage key subcontractors across structural, architectural and building servicesCoordinate design development and support constructability reviewsManage package budgets, progress and commercial performanceOversee testing, commissioning and operational readiness activitiesSupport completion dossier preparation and handover validationCoordinate with client assurance teams and independent verifiersManage package-level interfaces and coordinate with adjacent worksMentor junior engineers and support their developmentEscalate emerging risks and propose practical mitigation strategiesWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in civil, structural, mechanical, electrical or building-services engineering8+ years' project engineering experienceAt least one station, rail, airport or complex facility project of $100m+Responsibility for significant subcontract packages, budgets and engineering teamsDesign management and constructability expertiseBuilding services coordination experienceTesting, commissioning and handover experience2+ years' average tenure per employer with at least one senior project engineering role held for 3+ yearsCurrent construction induction card and ability to obtain rail competenciesLeadership and team mentoring capability
