What You'll Be Doing (aka Your Day of Holiday Magic!)Chatting with guests and helping them book amazing Queensland getawaysHandling reservations via phone, email and online with a smileAssisting with booking changes, cancellations and general enquiriesWorking with groups, corporate clients & travel agents to tailor travel packagesCreating custom quotes that hit the markCross-selling and up-selling accommodation, day tours and extrasWe'd Love to Hear from You If You...Are a confident,



friendly communicator especially on the phoneHave a can-do attitude and love working in a teamBring a polished, professional vibe and top-notch customer serviceLearn fast, stay calm under pressure, and thrive in a busy environmentHave previous experience in travel/reservations (REI Master = a big bonus!)Have sales experience or a knack for cross-selling highly desirable!
The RoleFull-time positions (weekday and weekend shifts between 8am–7pm)Based in our Robina office – no remote work, but plenty of team fun!
