This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who lives and breathes fashion design.
As a Senior Designer for Sneaky Link (our in-house brand), you'll play a key role in creating collections that are commercial, trend-driven and unmistakably Sneaky Link.
From concept development and trend forecasting through to fittings and final product sign-off, you'll work closely with the founders to bring each collection to life.We're looking for someone with exceptional taste, a strong commercial mindset, and the ability to balance creativity with the rapid pace of a rapidly growing fashion brand.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch & Trend ForecastingConduct global trend research across fashion, colour, fabrics, silhouettes and emerging consumer behaviourMonitor competitors and the wider fashion landscape to identify opportunities for innovationBuild seasonal inspiration, mood boards and trend presentations to guide collection directionDesign & Range DevelopmentDesign commercially strong collections that align with the Sneaky Link aesthetic and customerDevelop seasonal range plans and product assortments across multiple categoriesCreate detailed design briefs and collaborate with technical teams to ensure design intent is achievedEnsure every product balances trend relevance, quality, wearability and commercial performanceProduct Development & FitLead fittings and provide clear feedback to refine fit,
