As a Senior Claims Officer, you will be responsible for triaging incoming Claims.
You'll work alongside our high performing and dedicated team of Loss Adjusters, and assist in progressing claims towards settlement.

Key Responsibilities First point of contact for new claims and instructions from Insurers Effectively triage, seek guidance, and determine next steps to progress claims Gather, prepare and check all documentation for accuracy Instruct service providers and suppliers,



on direction from Loss Adjusters Assist Loss Adjusters establish appointments for greatest efficiency in managing their caseload and site inspections Meet Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators Ensure Contractual, Statutory and General Insurance Code of Practice (GICOP) requirements are met Record all required information in our proprietary claims system Experience with insurance claims systems is essential for accurate data entry and claims management Maintain timely response to all communications giving explicit and accurate advice Assist with invoicing and other administrative functions Experience/Qualifications Minimum 5 years in General Insurance claims, preferred however not essential Intermediate skills in MS Suite (MSWord and MSExcel) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational and interpersonal skills The Offer Immediate start WFH one day a week - after probation Competitive remuneration We will support your further training and development A wonderful culture and team environment
