With the support of our dedicated customer connect team managing general enquiries, a specialist customer operations team providing expert support,
and a national repairs & maintenance team handling maintenance coordination, you'll spend less time on administration and more time focused on strengthening client relationships and delivering value to your portfolio.What You'll Be Doing:Managing a diverse portfolio of strata communities and acting as the key relationship manager for committees and stakeholdersBuilding trusted, long-term relationships through proactive communication and exceptional customer serviceProviding guidance and interpretation of strata legislation, bylaws and governance requirementsManaging correspondence from owners, tenants and contractors in a professional and timely mannerWorking closely with our Repairs & Maintenance team to coordinate quotes, approvals and work ordersPreparing for and facilitating Annual General Meetings, Extraordinary General Meetings and Committee Meetings, including agendas, budgets and minutesManaging client retention, resolving first-level complaints and providing practical solutions to issues as they ariseOverseeing portfolio financial matters and supporting compliance obligationsIdentifying opportunities to improve processes,
service delivery and customer outcomesContributing to a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement and shared successWhat You BringExperience as a Class 1 Strata Manager with a strong track record of managing your own portfolio (preferred)A current driver's licence and access to a vehicleStrong knowledge of strata legislation and governance requirementsExceptional communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsThe ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong organisational, financial and problem-solving skillsA proactive, solutions-focused approach and confidence in managing complex situationsA commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiencesA collaborative mindset and willingness to support the success of your teamWhy Join Smarter Communities?
