Due to their strong pipeline, they are seeking a Senior Analyst to join their highly-credentialled M&A; Corporate Development team.As a member of this high performing team, you will be involved in global and domestic transactions including acquisitions, divestments, investments, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions.
You will lead and assist with various workstreams, support senior leaders, and engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Your key responsibilities may include:Assisting with and leading the evaluation and execution of global transactionsUndertaking financial modelling and analysis, commercial and financial due diligence, legal, tax and other workstreamsPreparing investment papers,



executive presentations, and other decision-support documentsCoordinating advisors and working with other internal and external stakeholders at all levelsAdvising the business to support value creation and growthThe successful candidate will ideally have 2-4 years' experience across Investment Banking, Corporate Advisory, Big 4 Corporate Finance or Corporate Development and have:Genuine interest in organic and inorganic growth and the workings of operational businessesProven financial modelling and analysis skillsAbility to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levelsProactive approach and drive to take ownershipExperience in industrials or infrastructure a bonusApplicants must have full working rights for Australia to be considered.
