Based at The Station in Jindabyne and reporting to the Director, Hospitality Experience – Australia, this role sits at the heart of our Australian operations, combining strategic influence with hands-on leadership across some of the country's most iconic alpine destinations.You'll lead a diverse, high-volume portfolio spanning restaurants, bars, events and on-mountain experiences — building exceptional leadership teams, driving commercial performance, and creating guest experiences that are as memorable as the mountains themselves.What You'll LeadA large, multi-site Food & Beverage portfolio across Australia's alpine resortsSenior Food & Beverage leaders and management teams, building capability and successionStrategy, consistency and performance across restaurants, bars, events and on-mountain venuesCommercial outcomes including revenue growth, margin optimisation and cost controlMenu innovation,
