Harcourts All About Property, are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our dynamic team.
As a Senior Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the management of our residential properties, ensuring exceptional service to our valued clients.
While this is a hands on role with property management it will also be a hands on role in leadership of the team.
This is a full-time position based in Annerley, QLD ****.What you'll be doingEffectively managing a diverse portfolio of residential properties, including rental agreements, tenant relations, property inspections, and maintenance coordinationProviding exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and qualified mannerEnsuring the timely collection of rent, the processing of routine inspections, and the coordination of any necessary repairs or renovationsMaintaining accurate and up-to-date property records and documentationStaying informed of industry regulations and legislation,
and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and policiesActively marketing vacant properties and working to identify and secure new landlord clientsMentoring and supporting junior property management team membersWhat we're looking forYears of proven experience in residential property managementExcellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both landlords and tenantsStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise and multitaskThorough understanding of relevant real estate legislation, regulations, and industry best practicesProficiency in using property management software and other relevant technologyA positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solvingA valid QLD Real Estate Certificate (this is a MUST)Lead by example and work well in a teamWhat we offerWe offer a competitive salary for the right applicant based on experience.About usHarcourts All About Property is a well-established real estate agency with a reputation for excellence in residential property management.
