The responsibilities will include managing a busy front desk reception,



liaising with patients and all aspects of office administration.Meeting and greeting patientsScheduling appointments and pro-actively coordinating the appointment bookAccurately entering patient data in Processing payments Managing phone and email queriesAssisting in tidying up consult rooms Providing general administration duties as requiredSkills & experiencePrevious general medical practice service and experienceAbility to assist in the day to day management, direction and operation of the reception deskExcellent communication skills including being an escalation point for Health Professionals and patientcomplaintsProven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skillsAbility to assist PM with the management of the financial performance of the centreSomeone who has demonstrated receptionist experience within the medical industryCustomer focused and make patient care the top priorityFlexible and have the ability to work in a quick paced environmentA strong team player who positively contributes to work cultureApproachable, reliable and dependableWilling to go the extra mile when requiredMature and have a sensitive approach when dealing with the patientsExperienced with Best Practice (not essential, but highly regarded)Authorised to work in Australia
