This opportunity is ideal for someone who has previously worked in a high-volume, end-to-end payroll environment and enjoys working in a fast-paced setting.
About the Role
Drawing on your payroll expertise, you will be responsible for:
Processing multiple end-to-end payroll cycles accurately and on timeMaintaining and updating employee records within payroll systemsEnsuring payroll operations comply with all relevant legislation,



taxation requirements and company policiesReviewing and improving payroll processes to increase efficiency while maintaining complianceInterpreting and applying payroll legislation while providing guidance to stakeholdersProcessing manual payroll calculations, including terminations, leave payments and pay adjustmentsCompleting month-end payroll activities and reporting requirements
Skills & Experience
5+ years' experience in a similar payroll roleStrong attention to detail and high levels of accuracyProven experience providing accurate and timely advice regarding payroll queriesDemonstrated commitment to customer service and continuous improvementExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational and time management skills
