executive-level recommendationsFacilitating workshops and presenting findings to senior client stakeholdersSupporting clients through implementation to ensure sustainable business outcomesBuilding trusted relationships with executives and operational leadersCoaching and mentoring junior consultantsSupporting Partners and Managers in business development and proposal developmentContributing to internal initiatives including recruitment, knowledge management, marketing and capability developmentAbout You:We're looking for exceptional consultants who combine analytical rigour with commercial acumen and a genuine passion for solving complex business problems.You'll ideally bring:4+ years' management consulting experience with a leading consulting firmExperience delivering projects within industrial sectors such as Defence, Aerospace, Logistics, Energy, Utilities, Heavy Industry or ManufacturingA consistent track record of high performance and career progressionStrong problem-solving, analytical and structured thinking skills including financial modellingOutstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilitiesExperience leading workstreams or project teamsBachelor's degree (MBA or postgraduate qualifications advantageous)A growth mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to a fast-growing consulting businessFlexibility to travel across Australia as requiredBaseline or NV1 Security Clearance will be highly regarded.Greater client ownershipFaster career progressionMeaningful influence on business transformationThe opportunity to help build something exceptional...this could be the next step in your consulting career.
