The Catering Project Education in NSW university student residential hall seeks an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in a full-time role.
Reporting to the Head Chef, you will oversee food preparation, lead a kitchen team, maintain high standards of safety and service, and ensure timely meal delivery in a busy, high-volume setting.This position offers an opportunity to contribute to campus dining, develop staff rostering, and uphold HACCP and WHS requirements.
