You will work closely with organisations navigating workforce change, identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships while providing practical support and coaching to individuals during career transition.Key responsibilities include:Managing and growing a portfolio of key client relationshipsBuilding trusted partnerships with senior HR and business stakeholdersIdentifying opportunities to expand and enhance existing client engagementsLeading the delivery of workforce transition and change programsCoordinating stakeholders,



communications and service delivery activitiesMonitoring program progress and providing client reportingDelivering one-on-one career coaching and transition supportAssisting individuals with resume development, interview preparation, job search strategies and career planningSupporting proposals, presentations and business development activities as requiredAbout YouYou are a commercially minded relationship manager who enjoys building trusted partnerships and delivering positive outcomes for both clients and individuals.You bring a background in HR, talent acquisition, recruitment, career transition, workforce consulting or a related people-focused environment, and are comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands-on level.To be successful, you will possess:Experience managing client or stakeholder relationships within HR, recruitment, talent, consulting or professional services environmentsStrong relationship building skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholdersExperience supporting organisations through workforce change, career transition or talent-related initiativesConfidence providing coaching, guidance and support to individuals navigating career changeStrong project coordination and organisational skillsExcellent communication and presentation capabilitiesA proactive and commercially aware approach to account management and business growthHigh levels of professionalism, integrity and discretionHighly RegardedExperience in outplacement, career transition, HR consulting, talent management or recruitmentExposure to restructures, workforce change or organisational transformation programsCareer coaching, leadership coaching or related coaching qualifications
